Apple-Picking

We went w/friends today to Mood's for apple-picking, and got oh, I don't know, a ba-jillion pounds of apples!  I'm going to be really busy w/apple-projects in the near future...seriously, we have a TON of apples on the kitchen counter!

Anyway, the weather was great, the kids were very well-behaved (meaning no one freaked out and lost it at any time, which wow, never happens!), and we even got Ezra out for a family outing ;)

So, if you have ANY unique apple recipes, please leave them here as a comment- I'm planning on a pie, apple sauce, apple butter, and...well, we'll see.  I need some ideas! :)
